Bad movie

Just a bad pathetic movie.

- dysfunctional family.

- incestous relationships - nieces marrying uncles/cousins marrying

- stupid rape scenes - completely sends wrong message to uneducated masses in India. Which moron thought this was a good idea

- hero assaults/abuses/teases the heroine and it is implied that it is ok

- just generally a stupid movie with a gay'ish hero, unbelieveable scenes, implausible relations etc.

Bad acting, bad direction, bad story. A couple of engaging songs in this musical is the lone redemption along with the mostly pretty heroine. I felt bad for her because she is putting in her rite of passage through south indian cinema but is being shunned by the main thing - Bollywood. She is getting paid but it clearly looks like she'd rather be in Bollywood. Also, why do South Indians outsource heroine job to North Indians and foreigners? What is the fascination with the fair skinned girls? Are they racists?
As is, looks like the background dancers jobs are all outsourced now - there's very songs which have Indians in backgroup dancing group now.

Maybe they need to outsource the hero job as well as other actors job to foreigners too. Given the craze for white skinned people and craze for foreign locations, might as well just make hollywood movies in india.

And I heard the hero is the son of some big telugu movie hero of the past. Nepotism as well.
