motionposter, credit, blueprint, coin fight and Story plagiarism

Regardless of what Mr. Minjur Gopi has complained about Murugadoss stealing his story or concept, many aspects of this movie like the poster, motion poster, the starting credit, the coin fight scene, blue print scene have all been clearly inspired from (you all know) new york times, true detective, and scenes from movies and tv shows etc.,. Such plagiarism issues also spoil the hero's fame. Should heroes be more cautious about selecting the right director? Clearly vijay has been cheated. Despite the movie being box office, murugadoss is being trolled since Ghajini days.
