Why are they doing this? I thought her life was great after she accepted the fact that she belonged to the Devil. At least that was the impression I got from that bizarre ending.

No, it really wasn't!  I've wondered for almost one whole day now, trying to figure out why I spent last night, 1h 36min on a film like this, or why one of my channels showed it at all. Okay, I occasionally cheated and watched UEFA 2016, and saw Wales be beaten by Portugal, nah... 
Anyway, I think this must be the first horror movie that I've laughed myself through. Poor Sarah Lind and all the green stuff, and CGI for that matter.
