What kind of workout would you need to do to do what Laura does?

I'm a 37 year old guy who is trying to get rid of all this abdominal fat.I've been working out and I want to get this game.

I was just curious:

What king of workout would you need to do to do what Laura does?

I have dumbbells, kettlebells,an elastic that you work out with and we have a Wii with two exercise games.

I don't have any exercise machines,so there are some exercises I can't do.

A workout like this would have a lot of fat burning potential.

Any ideas?

Check out Ezio Auditore. Assassin's Creed II, Brotherhood & Revelation are pretty much the male version of Tomb Raider(not sure about Nathan Drake on other platforms - I've only played PC), other than he's more face-to-face combat than agile tactical.

If you'd like to learn to do what Lara does -

Start stretching to lengthen your muscles, loosen your joints, and guard against injury.

Alternate running and swimming. Swimming to improve your lung capacity and build upper body strength. Running for your lower body. Both for cardio and over all stamina.

Then head over to your local climbing gym and start top roping. When you're comfortable, you can expand your skill set and head outdoors. Try caving. Maybe take an introductory class in ice climbing.

Parkour is a thing, these days. I'd start with an introductory course in gymnastics for adults.

But if you'd like to do what Lara does, you start with stretching, running, and swimming, building a foundation as you progress. Fell free to eat, drink, smoke what you like, as long as it doesn't get in the way of your stretching, running, and swimming. Stretch every day. Either run or swim at least five days a week. Once you've got the flexibility, the upper and lower body strength, and the physical and - more importantly - mental stamina, the rest will start to fall into place.

If at any point, you find yourself making excuses, putting things off, or getting bored or impatient for the really exciting stuff, that's when you know it worked better as a daydream than a reality.

But go for it and good luck.
