Is it just me..

or does it seem like Joe and Tim pick the least likely team to succeed? The last episode with the brother/sister catering team is a perfect example. Their inexperience was woefully obvious during the pitch, where the husband/wife team were very experienced. Of course, the brother and sister were selected. The brother/chef ignored all of Antonia's advice, didn't feel the need to prepare a tasting for her and was all around arrogant. Flat iron steak and pork Osso Buco in a supposed high end restaurant, really? Antonia had to help prepare the food for her tasting! Then on launch night, Joe had to take over the front of house and Tim had to get on the line and help cook! After all of that, they came to the table with such arrogance, expecting Joe and Tim to fork over $600,000. Joe and Tim aren't that stupid, they knew from the beginning that these two would tank and their wallets would be safe!
