"Boiling Over" Episode

The L.A. KISS really limped into the Portland game. They sounded like a M*A*S*H* unit.

I guess Donovan Morgan was under a one year contract.

The team getting to see the band KISS at The Forum was pretty kool. I don't think other sports teams offer perks like that.

Aaron Garcia played like crap against Portland. And he doesn't seem to care. I saw him play a couple times when he was with the New York Dragons. Back then he was probably the best quarterback in the league.

Putting in quarterback J.J. Raterink at wide receiver looked desperate and/or bush league. But I guess they ran out of bodies.

Brett Bouchy's wife had a lot of nerve telling Bob McMillen his players should practice more.

Donovan Morgan seemed really serious early in the season. Then he acted silly at practice. It seemed odd.

Is it typical for this many players to be injured in arena football? I get it, I am a huge football buff. Do not really watch much arena football but this is an interesting show.
I mean how many guys got injured last night? 4-5? It just seems like a lot of injuries within a small period of time.

I agree that seeing them seeing Kiss is cool. Kiss is a good band, and puts on a great show.
I agree about Garcia. The guy is sure banged up and getting up there in age. It was a gamble putting in JJ as W.R but whatever works!
I do not get Donovan's attitude either.

Injuries are part of football. I am surprised there are not more serious injuries in the Arena League. I can't recall the last time I saw a game with so many injuries. Maybe the L.A. KISS need to fire their trainer, not the coaches.

Up until this episode Donovan Morgan was as serious as a heart attack. He seemed more like a coach than a player. Maybe he burnt out.

I don't know who came off worse, Brett's wife for sticking her nose in where it didn't belong about something she doesn't fully understand or Brett for sitting back and allowing it to happen.

Oh definitely, injuries are a part of football. I see plenty of NFL and college football. However, it seems that I have seen more injuries just recently watching this show then either of my NFL/College teams. Injuries within a very short period of time that is.
I was just thinking it maybe time to give the trainer the boot.
