James Barrett

Perhaps I'm going senile, but I can't find him on the cast list.

The actor reminds me of D.W. Moffett, but there's no credit on his IMDB page.

So, now the curiosity is killing me!

If anyone can put me out of my misery, I'd be most grateful.

If you're talking about the actor who plays Samuel Adams, it's Ben Barnes, not James. Other than that, I don't think I can help you......

reply

Perhaps I mis-heard the name.

I'm talking about the guy who owns the farm, where the munitions were stashed. I thought Pitcairn called him James Barnes. I suppose that would have made it, 'Barnes's Barn'!

Thanks, anyway!

Oh, I thought you meant the actor. I think the character was named James Barrett...Barrett's Farm was outside of Concord.......but I can't find him on imdb, or on the History Channel's website, either. Fairly important character, to not even be listed as "uncredited" or anything! I searched for the character name both places, but nothing. Sorry for the confusion!

reply

Thanks for that: I've edited the thread title. It is a glaring gap in the credits, isn't it?

reply

I absolutely agree.........no matter what they thought about the actor (whom I thought was very good), the character is hugely important to the Revolution's history. If I can ever figure out who the actor is, I'll post it back!
