How dumb was that woman not getting up and leaving the moment the doctor said the blocks of ice would be her anesthesia? He wouldn't have to tell me to let him know if I felt a damn thing since I'd be out of there so fast he'd be wiping my dust from his eyes.

I agree! I have had a tummy tuck...and I guarantee you I would not be sticking around for the ice to take effect. Of course, I would not have gone to Tijuana for such an invasive surgery, either!
