There is never any mention about cost. Is this done at no charge?

I'm sure they are paid by the show...they are definitely not eating the cost, I can tell you that...

Terry Dubrow is building a huge house in OC. 14 bathrooms. His wife is sparing no expense. He needs every penny.

Paul Nassif was married to Adrienne Maloof of the Las Vegas Maloofs.. They own a casino. Paul is no stranger to money.

Heather Dubrow complains about how hard Terry works, so it's safe to assume he's earning big bucks. I doubt they do anything for free.

All their patients talk about how much money they've spent on their crappy surgeries.

They are among the best in the field, I wouldn't expect them to do it for free.

No, the patients chosen to be on the show get their surgeries done for free. I know, I work on the show.
