I have had to rebuild breasts and i often use cadaver or transplant nipples. Maybe she was offered but refused. It is risky if the nipples are rejected or die.
The tattoo did look great though.
As we grow we learn, i have learned that if you don't like me grow up or ignore me.

A couple of women seemed repulsed by the idea of cadaver nipples. They don't have a problem with huge bags of water shoved into their chests though.
Unless a woman has a flat chest totally or has lost a breast ot breasts to cancer, this implant procedure should go out of style. It's ridiculous.

After my double mastectomy I had reconstruction but I was still missing areolas and nipples. The boobs looked great but there was no natural protrusion like there would be with a natural breast. I was trying to decide whether to do nipples or 3-D but I began to like not having to wear a bra after wearing one for 40 years so I opted for the 3-D tattoos which, from a distance, look real. Unfortunately there are no nerve endings either way so my breasts have no feeling and they are cold to the touch. :-( But hey, I'm alive and it's been a little over 5 years.
