who saw this movie on a festival already? Is it really that bad?

If not even Netflix or Amazon buy a B Movie with fromer Action Stars than a movie must be really bad but I cannot believe that because even The hard Corps got released sowehow. To people who saw the new edited version please tell me how the movie is.
