Antonia shouldn't have won
She was only given the win because the judges knew another loss to Mike would have wrecked her
shareAgreed. This is the 3rd duel where I thought the wrong person won. I don't understand if it is editing or if they really are just picking "favorites" to win.
I thought Marcel was going to beat Richard and then Richard somehow won. Then I thought Brooke was going to be Shirley but after Shirley lost both challenges I knew that most likely she was going to win. And then this week I thought based on the feedback that Mike was going to win. It really seemed like Antonia was not going to win at all and then she did and I was so confused. It seems like every duel the opposite person wins and it is kind of annoying. Either the editing or something else is up.
Well, isn't it comforting to know that being miserable is still better than being an idiot?

It's just for the "twist". They edit comments to make you think there is a clear winner and the underdog and... surprise! the winner is the underdog. Oldest trick in the reality competition book.
I can't judge (and neither can anyone else) without having tasted the food though. Mike had some good ideas but ultimately it seems he failed on execution and as Antonia said, he's a bit of a "celebrity chef" these days and he might make technical mistakes he wouldn't have a few years ago when he didn't have an army of people cooking for him.

Reminds me of the original Iron Chef where they judges basically crucified the winner in their comments and praised the guy who ultimately loses.
