When they realize that the it's not even Faux Doctor Chase, it's a young girl. Wouldn't they just throw the daughter back to the wolves outside of the fence?
shareI think they did chuck out the girl, that's why the movie ended when it did. The compound wouldn't waste important limited resources on some random teenager.
They may or may not try to rescue the fake doctor after they realize they were fooled with the outfit.
