Dominic Bogart from Twin Peaks

One of the guys in this movie (a bar owner, played by Dominic Bogart) was damn similar to Leo from the Twin Peaks series. Google "Leo Twin Peaks" and you will get pictures. Now, doesn't the guy from 400 Days look similar to Leo of Twin Peaks? Even down to the curly hair on forehead. I seriously thought that this might be the same actor, but apparently he isn't.
