That was no series ending

They obviously are very hopeful to continue either on NBC or somewhere else. GREAT show tonight

That was my initial reaction (not a series ending) but then I thought it served to be either a series or a season ending.
It would have been better to air the last two episosdes a week apart, IMO.

They're obviously hoping for a season 3, but it was so violent during the Hinman scenes, I had to change channels. I hope that doesn't have an effect on renewing it.

reply

I agree with you cinles way to violent for me too.

It could have worked as a series ending if it were not for the whole Hodiak un-quitting as a cop thing. I think that's it for Aquarius though. It's with Hannibal now in the afterlife. May they rest in peace.

Singer has said that he's waiting put the Amazon airing deal he has and then is going to resurect and shop Hannibal around. I believe there's a non compete clause giving Amazon prime the rights to air new Hannibal episodes first, which is why he has to wait the contract out.

reply

I hope he succeeds in getting Hannibal back. I'm sure Mads can't wait to resurrect the role.

reply

Oh yeah! He was hella creepy in it!

Was there a cliffhanger? Haven't seen an episode since it came back on in August. I have a feeling the show isn't getting renewed and I'd hate to watch the rest only to end on a cliffhanger.

reply

Technically, yes and no. It ends with the beginning of the police investigation of the Tate-Labianca murders. While there is more story that could be told, we all know how it ends.
