I don't think the shooter was Brown because she's was very short and the shooter was nearly as tall as gamby. I rink it might have been Susan (I think that's her name?) The teacher that he hooked up with before Snotgrass. Mainly because she's obsessed with Gamby and he keeps blowing her off. Although, why set Russell's car on fire too? Well maybe the car fires were Brown and the Shooting was the brunette teacher and it just happened to all go down in the same moment?

My guess is that Brown hired her associate Blythe Sason. Bodytpe and lack of dialogue is consistent.

Yeah. If its not brown then it is sason. That is literally the only thing that makes sense without the show completely jumping the shark.

It was probably Russell. He'd do anything to be the lone Principal. Burning his own car just takes the suspicion off him. Neither shot looked fatal also.
