He could be the shooter. He has motive to set their cars on fire and shoot Gamby for hitting him with the brass knuckles.

Why would she light the other principal's car on fire though? And why wait as long as she did to do it?

I suspect it was the other vice principal, or his elderly Asian mother in law.
