I hated this movie

Same here! it pissed me off so much the one time I watched it. That is two hours I'll never get back. It was a horrible movie. And I thought Grease 2 and More American Graffiti were bad until Teen Beach 2 came out

I didn't think the ending was confusing in the slightest. Because Lela decided to reject women's standards during the time period Wet Side Story was set in, history was forever changed and the movie became about Lela instead (Lela: Queen of the Beach). Since history was changed, Brady and Mac had now never met before; until the night they were screening Lela Queen of the Beach on the beach. From that it can be concluded that Brady and Mac were destined to be together, no matter how history had changed, and it didn't matter what the movie was called or about.

I liked this movie as much as the first one and found the whole concept interesting and smart.
