Question About Travelling Between World's....

I'm still very new to this game, but I'm just wondering currently going from the icy lands to the lush forests of one world to the other.

Using the World map, can you reach these different world's, the desert lands, forest lands, icy lands on foot or riding without having to enter the world map and fast travel to them?

I know that it would take a long time to travel, but certainly would like the feeling of seeing the world change as I move from one place to the other and not feel it's breaking up every time you want to go places.

I wish bro gotta go through the map thats where the controversy comes in about it being open world..still an amazing game I feel u tho it would b awesome to see the environments change as you go along

That's a shame :( it kind of feels like being in bubbles and picking each bubble to visit a certain location. I suppose from the scale of the maps, they did it to stop the game slowing down more.

That's a shame though, I use to play World of Warcraft and use to be able to move between the different worlds pretty much without jumping.
