It's frustrating how much this franchise tries to ignore or eliminate the novelty of the women being little people. This show and the franchise exists because people want to watch little people.
Midget Bar might be offensive, but it's the name that will attract the most people. It says upfront what it is. The name you suggest is cute and coy, but the reality is that this bar distinguishes itself because of its catering to and exploitation of little people, or "midgets".
There's already been a successful place, called the Midget Bar in LA. Where Terra Jole got her start: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/features/little-people-actors-actresses-low-pay-degrading-jobs-tragedy-922261
It's their place, they should make the best decision for financial survival. There are dozens if not a hundred or so bars in Dallas, this unique angle sets them apart. Play it up.
I hate how Emily feels the need to insinuate herself into the decision and determine that it is unequivocally offensive. I agree with Asta that the word can be reaproppriated and used for empowerment. Emily's delusional if she believes her success as an entertainer derives from talent or skill rather than her proportions.
