Do you have to be online to play the Dark Knight Rises and Arrow DLC?

I purchased Lego Batman 3 the other week on the ps4 and found out I had to download the 2 levels I bought the entire game for. Well I don't have internet, so I bought the DLC at my friends house (took my ps4 over there). Do I have to be online to play them?
