shareAgree on the Sting one, but the outcome was what I expected. They were so busy telling us that this was basically a match between WWE and WCW, so it was clear from the beginning that Sting can't win. WWF/WWE has always been arrogant. Besides, at that point of the event it was about time a heel wins.
I wonder, though, why Sting signed the contract then. He refused to join the WWE for so long which I always adored. Not only because I have always been a fan of Sting, I also always preferred NWA/WCW oder WWF/WWE. Yes, "we lost", but that's precisely why I was happy that they never got Sting. So, IF he accepts to participate in Wrestlemania, the condition should have been a win. Either win or don't join.
Yep typical McMahon BS! Sting should have won...it makes more sense storyline wise but whoever said the WWE knows a good story line when they see it! I just hope we get to see more from the STINGER....he is definately NOT done.
shareSince they bought WCW the McMahons managed to buy and bury every single star that company ever had except for Sting. It took them a good long while, but finally they got him. I can't believe anyone could have ever been so naive as to believe this would actually be a feelgood thing
(But yeah, aside from the entrances it was a really entertaining match until the ending)
