What relationship were they to the doctor? In two scenes he refers to Amy as his niece and to Olivia as her aunt, but it is never made clear if Olivia is his second wife or why they have Amy.

I'm pissed that the wife Olivia just showed up at her husband's work and butted in on a patient session. What the actual hell?

And she let the kid be seen by the patient. He could have been some violent psycho who could have snatched the child and hurt her. What was the woman thinking? Get a hobby, volunteer or something.

I thought it was clear that Toby and Olivia were husband and wife and they were babysitting their niece Amy. There was a lot to take in with this movie, lots of details we had to piece together. I re-watched a few scenes after the movie was over.
