To reduce his blood pressure after a heart attack, a man begins killing the people who are stressing him out.
This is such a great, funny premise for a movie, but unfortunately the execution is lacking. All the stressful situations are exaggerated, unrealistic and over the top. People are ass holes, but they're not as obvious as they are in this movie. I could think of 100 different examples of everyday situations that are more subtle and really get under your skin and make you want to kill everyone. As a broader comedy, I guess it's decent enough. I still prefer something like God Bless America, which was also a comedy but somehow felt more grounded than this.
