Now, I've not watched 4x01 yet, so for all I know (please no spoilers), but just a vague prediction: They'll kill Tabitha and finally turn Barbara into Harley. Then force us to watch her get with Ivy (by which I mean it would likely feel forced in the writing because they'll want to keep a hot lady-on-lady couple). If that happens, would be kind of weird when you'd take into account their Season 1 interactions especially.

Barbra = will have a daughter that will be bat girl

Lee = Harley Quin. She is a Psychiatrist and had sympathy for Jerome when she helped him.

Interesting. I can see Lee as Harley Quinn, she has gone off the deep end more than once already.

Barbara is just playing the misdirecting part of Harley, well at least moreso last season.

Only a matter of time until Jerome the Joker comes back for more fun.
