Macy Kate "Me and My Broken Heart" East: 93% West: 91%
Jesse Kinch "I Put a Spell on You" East: 92% West: 92%

Lowest
Daniel & Olivia "Counting Stars" East: 6% West: 17%

Hmm ... I think I would add in Jesse Kinch for highest, considering he got 92% on both coasts, which averages out to be the same as Macy Kate.
