So 2 of the singers tied at one point with 60%. How did they decide which one sat in the "red chair" first if they were tied?

I think he said they had the numbers down to the decimals, so the lower number (Macy) got seated in the hot seat.

One of them probably had 60.3% and the other probably had 60.7% or something like that
