What happened to her? Looked like Sidney might go with her ... did she go back to Germany again?

She left at the end of S1. Not sure how more info you want as it would be spoilery if you didn't watch all of S1

so I see from the summary on the website "Sidney goes to Hildegard. He confesses his infidelity and she leaves him." Didn't realize that was final.
