I saw this at the 11th Ekenas Film festival while visiting Jan 2016.

I was already in Finland in December of 2015 when I learn of the then upcoming Film Festival. I love film festivals and therefore made myself familiar with movies I wanted to watch. Having been told so much about the Kalevale (the Finnish national myth) and watching the beauty, splendor and majesty of the film's depiction of the lakes and its wildlife, I could see how well the movie would play to audiences outside Finland.
