Anyone else think its weird Luciana is still with them?

I mean her only connection in the group was with Nick, she has no ties to anyone else, infact she was suggesting her and Nick leave together and go off on their own last season. I dunno i just feel like its a little odd shes still with them despite Nick not being around anymore.

Its kinda like if you have a girlfriend and shes been coming over to ur house, then you break up and you move across the country but your ex girlfriend continues to come to your family's house and hang around despite you not being there anymore.

In the ZA, if you are part of a group of people who trust each other and would risk their life for each other, you don't run away from that.

Yea, exactly. She's comfortable and relatively safe with these people, why leave and risk it on your own?

She left them before when they was at the ranch, and again wanted to leave last season with Nick, seemed like Nick was the only reason she was sticking around to me.

They were all like that at some point, and now they feel guilty about it because people got screwed over or even died trying to find them. Helping others is their way to try and make up for that.

Yep, agreed. Luciana has good friends among the group and the group members have all become close, working together. I don't see why she would leave given the precarious situation she would likely find herself in if she tried to go it alone. Then meeting new people and taking chances with them. No, she's fine and content where she is, as are all or most of them.

No, it's not like that at all.
This is not a regular normal world and she can't exactly just move out and drive to another city and get another job and get another boyfriend and move on to have a normal life. She's part of a group beyond Nick and it's about survival.
Some people on this show want to go out on their own but that's just in the writing.
Most people in that situation would prefer to be part of a group. Even if their initial ties to the group don't survive.

At first I wondered why she was hanging around with them after Nick bit the dust, but then I remembered this is a zombie apocalypse. It makes sense to stick with those whom are close and friendly. The bigger the group the better.

If I remember correctly, I think she wanted to start another community elsewhere with Nick. Of course, plans change and she had to readjust to her current situation.

It's probably what I would do anyhow. Work with what you got.
