Season 4 - Comments

I love Season 4! (ok, part 1 much more than part 2)

I actually didn’t like seasons 1-3 as much as I liked the walking dead, but this season 4 of fear is my most favorite season of fear.

One thing I kinda find annoying is how stupid people often seem to be. They take shitty weapons (tiny knives, superheavy-axes – a good one would be a light spear), they mostly only carry one weapon. They somehow manage to get in the middle of groups. Well, I guess ‘fights’ should be suspenseful, I guess it makes sense.

4.5: John’s story
How much a man’s gotta do to get laid, even being a manly self-sufficient man with a great secured house, a boat, super-surviving capabilities, nearly everybody else is a monster trying to eat you, and you even save her life twice, it’s ridiculous )

4.7:
What do these guys even want from the stadium?
The best part about the stadium is it’s location. They don’t want the location. What do they want – one harvest? Some guns?

4.8:
Loved the season so far, like the different timelines split-storytelling stuff
End of 4.8 was not totally my taste but well

4.13: She is looking for beer bottle. How many years till the end of the world?
It’s a few years now, isn’t it?

4.15:
There are some walkers on the fence of the hospital.
They could easily kill them through the fence it seems to me.
Like in 'the walking dead' when there base was the prison, they did this every day.

4.16:
They kill so many people in this series, and somehow they don’t kill this cracy evil bitch. Not so satisfying.

‘We lost the ethanol’
What the fuck are they talking about.
They went there with a little canister to fill. They couldn’t open the tank.
Then: Machinegun-fire puts some little holes in the tank. Ethanol flows out slowly – yea! Now just put the fucking canister under it, success!
But instead ‘oh my, now we lost the ethanol’ – WTF!??!

I agree, season 4 rocks, so much better and a whole different attitude and feeling. I am sorry they lost Madison, and I hope she comes back and made it out of there. Nick ... I was happy to see that guy leave. I usually will not say that about any character, but he was so irritating. They have brought back Daniel, who seems to be a lot more mellow now. All in all, it's funny and cool.

Yes, yes, yes, yes ... that was so idiotic that they could not see and get the ethanol coming out of the giant tank?

It has been a long time now since the end, and Morgan leaving Alexandria and going West would have been something like 10 years at least, yet there they are still finding cars with plenty of good gas and charaged up batteries, and plenty of air in the tires too.

I came here looking for answers about the Ethanol. I thought I must have missed something or was just too dumb to understand why the Ethanol was somehow “ruined”.

Season Four seemed to take the show in a completely different direction. Even a new theme.

When I first saw it, I thought I'd missed a few episodes or something.

They clearly didn't think season 1-3 had worked.

Yes, it was much better.

Season 4 is terrible, with long drawn out scenes and slow motion. One episode was just 2 people talking.

Season 4, for me, is where the show lost it. I was very lukewarm on the show up until the last half of Season 2, which is when it finally got interesting.

Season 3 was the best, where everything fell into place, & which I actually enjoyed a lot more than the then current Season of TWD (S08)

But once they revamped the show for Morgan & left loose ends from S03 unanswered or ignored outright, it took a turn for the worse. I finally gave up halfway through S05.
