How many people died during the fight scenes?

Hell, more than that. Given that multiple Kaiju were rampaging across the world, the global death toll has got to be at least in the tens of millions...minimum. It's actually kind of amusing that they brushed aside that a world war death toll happened off-screen in this movie.
