Alternately breathtaking and dissappointing.

This has some of the best imagery of any movie this year but the fights are somewhat underwhelming. Wish it would really just focus on the fights and not overwhelm it with so many other effects and cutting away to the human characters, who are just not very good here.

Have a short review of this movie if anyone is interested. Enjoy! Review here - https://youtu.be/q0X_L9n_wwo

Completely agree. The fights kept intercutting with the human characters and then it would cut back for a quick shot of the monsters fighting.

This wouldn’t be so bad if the human stuff wasn’t so poorly handled, it really felt like a first draft script. The first movie came out five years ago, why can’t we have our monster fights with a side order of good writing? Is that too much to ask for for a £10 price of admission?

I could have cared less for the humans and couldn't have cared less for the humour. I also didn't like that Serizawa sacrificed himself, though that scene when he walked up the stairs of that temple and touched Godzie. Gotta admit I got a bit teary eyed.... but only a little.

Thx, will wait for the free version.
