The most disturbing part of the restaurant wasn't the food...

It was the owner, commenting on how his own daughter, who's now (at time of taping) 10 years old, "and I look forward to in 4 or 5 years seeing her working at the front as a hostess, wearing a slinky little nurse outfit".

DID EVERYONE ELSE CATCH THAT?!?! lol I mean seriously, he can't wait for his daughter to be all of 14-15 years old, to have her dress as a slutty nurse at the front door of his establishment.

LOL he was not serious, the whole interview with him felt like it was a joke. Something around the lines when he said, "if you fat lose weight or just die"

If he was serious about his daughter then I don't knw what to say

yeeeea I don't know... I'd actually probably bet some real money, I'm thinking he WAS totally serious about that.

Come on man try to understand sarcasm. He was playing the role of evil doctor. His restaurant works on simple theme of reverse psychology. He wants people to understand that and get serious about their health.

That can't be true. If that's what he wanted then he would basically be wishing for his business to go under because no one who eats healthy will be going there anymore. I do believe the thing with his daughter was saracasm and humor, he was just playing the role. But I don't think he created that business as some reverse psychology experiment to get people to take their health more seriously because again, that would mean he'd lose his business.
