She has no feeling for him and his loss. Blames him for everything, without hearing what happened. Kick him out of the house apparently. And, it seems, after recovering the child, she appears ungrateful.

Edit: In the beginning. She got much better later on.

I thought that her portrayal was very accurate. If my husband ever allowed our child to kidnapped, I would never ever forgive him. Never. If that makes me a b*tch, then so be it. As a parent, protecting your child is your number one job.

"Allowed" how do you allow someone to kidnap your kid? I hate to say that but how stupid would you be to blame the father of your son the responsability of someone else crime.This is called kidnapping not for nothing. Its involve planifications and skills, so this why most of the kidnapping aren't resolved not because of the mother/father fault. The mother in the movie was overly sensitive and being irrational. Both of this was making her look like a prick.

Are you serious? He didn't let the kid be kidnapped! Something supernatural obviously occurred. I'm pretty sure I'd hate the wife if it was a normal kidnapping, but given that we know something supernatural happened with the kid, her attitude and behavior is even more obnoxious IMO.
