So Hap's recovering in the hospital when he gets a vision of Trudy saying goodbye to him and that she'd see him on the other side... then she takes someone's hand and walks with them(hand in hand) presumably going to heaven. Who's hand was that? Was that her hippy ex-recently-dead husband? Was it suppose to be Hap and Trudy on their wedding day?

And did Hap keep any of the money for himself? He had to get a job picking roses again. He gave half to Leonard and his half to some children charity fund? Someone who has read the books tell me he at least paid off all his 'pass due' bills.

The very last scene, the camera pans down to the basement and pushed in on... something. What is it?

it is for season 2.
the skeleton it is the next scavenger hunt I guess.

Ok, it's a skeleton. I guess it's the set up for the next series (if there'll be one), along with the story of Beau Otis (the drunk driver) running for county judge.

I thought Trudy walked out with one of the doctors. I think the skeleton in the basement was the drunk driver. I remember the drunk had the same surname as the sheriff on the yard sign that Hap wouldn't allow to stay.

I don't know everything. Neither does anyone else

It's not skeleton of the drunk driver he's mow the judge. The skeleton is connected to the second book, related to sexual abuse of kids.

we are many that just have fun guessing what happens - if you have specific knowledge more than known in the show at this point you should add spoiler from next book in your title

IMO the person holding hands with Trudy was a vision of Hap in his younger (and longer hair) days.

The skeleton looked like the one from a child not an adult.
