Landsdale is fantastic. In my opinion, he writes dialogue as well as Elmore Leanord and Tarintino. I hope he's had a hand in the scripts for the shows.

He was listed as a producer on the pilot. Great writer and I hope he does that for the series too.

Goddamit! Things ain't workin' out for me today!

Why is it so damn hard to find his books? He's definitely not mainstream, so I was jazzed to see this come out.

That IS a tasty burger!

Did you go to your public library?

All his books are available in various forms on Amazon.

It used to be very hard to find his work before the days of the internet.

I heard of Lansdale through Fangoria magazine many years ago. Love his writing.

Was it a millionaire who said "Imagine no possessions"?

Some of his books are about Hap and Leonard and some aren't. One of his early books "Cold in July" was on tv last year with Michael C. Hall (Dexter Morgan) as the main character. He co starred with Don Johnson and Sam Shepard.

I don't know everything. Neither does anyone else

Check out his two story arcs of Jonah Hex for Vertigo comics and his series Dead in the West too if you can find them! Truly twisted stuff, I think the JH stuff is available collected in a trade paperback on Amazon as well.

He was featured with some stories in a horror anthology series called "Splatterpunk", his stories are the only ones that stayed in my mind, great stuff!
