If the Original Nanny

Really had Dementia, she would never have been left alone. She'd either remain at the hospital the EMT took her to for a while, and then be placed into a hospice if she had no family to look after her in her own home. So, seeing her alone, at night, on the couch in her home, was a big screw up on the writer's part.
