Need more Grace Parra

She is funny. They should use her daily!

Her timing is better than Robin Thede who bless her heart is trying but it's hit or miss.

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

reply

Exactly ?

reply

I mean exactly.

as good as she is on that crappy Nightly Show, just think how bright she could shine given a better place to showcase

reply

I agree, but I do think they need to be a bit more sparing with those Nightly Nightly segments. The law of diminishing returns is starting to take effect. I mean, I get where the writers are coming from. They finally managed to put up a sketch that the audience didn't sleep through. But that doesn't mean they should do it every other night. Let Grace do different things.

reply

I agree, but go even further. That nightly nightly thing was good for one shot, but it is exactly the same thing every time. It's all about parodying entertainment news shows with practically nothing about the nominal topic of the segment. I fast-forward through those now because I know exactly where it's going.

reply

If it's worth doing once it is worth running into the ground- seems to be the mantra of all talk shows.

I like her too. Would love to see more of her in general. I however, HATE, even loath the "Nightly Nightly" segment. The most useless bit passing as a segment. One off joke with her making weird faces and sounding dumb. I feel dumber during that to the point that if I see it now, its an instant fast forward.

Enjoy her on the panels tho, since she rarely gets to do diff skits.

reply

I'm neither a racist (family is 1/2 black) nor a misogynist, but I hope some guest punches the piss out of this chick until she can't talk anymore.

reply

Why is that?

Wonder where she will go now?

Anybody know.
