This was an enjoyable movie but I can't help but thinking: what is not normal about her? She seems perfectly normal to begin with. Abnormal would be someone who pulls out their hair or eats their toe nails or wets themselves or something basically abnormal. She seems basically normal. She does seem younger than 30 though.

About what is and is not normal... that's exactly the point of the movie. Tons of people think that the "normal thing" is owning a house, having a job, a boy/girlfriend, social and family life, hobbies and (probably as a consequence) being happy. In the end, she realizes all of the above is *beep* There are a lot of ways to be happy, and there is no need to be normal (if there is something like being normal).
