Any chance SHIPPUDEN will adapt-serialize THE LAST?

Considering that DRAGON BALL SUPER is basically TV-serialized adaptations of the new DRAGON BALL films with new scenes, and SHIPPUDEN is milking the cow, would it be too far off for SHIPPUDEN to serialize the film into a multi-part arc (with new scenes) for TV viewers?

They're already serializing fanfics (a 10+ episode story arc of what-if Sasuke were a member of the Uchiha police), so I don't see why not.

Well, there's a 10 year gap between the chapters 699 and 700. That would be 3 years worth of fillers right there.

The current story arc is almost Inception levels of insanity.

Lady Tsunade is now under the Infinite Tsukuyomi's spell, despite Lord Third's futile attemps to wake her up. So in her dream world, she's reading some of Jiraya's supossedly unpublished works and we get to see those Jiraya scrolls depict a what-if scenario: Lord Fourth Minato is alive and well, Lord Third serves as his advisor, the team goes on a mission with a pre-Akatsuki Nagato, Korra and Yahiko. Itachi's alive and well and go *beep* Sasuke is working as law enforcement.

Makes about as much sense as Tenten being oddly transported into NS: Road to Ninja's universe for no apparent reason.
