"Plot holes" that were never actually plot holes...

1.) Why didn't Hinata use her chakra to make her feet stick to the building as she was falling? She couldn't use her chakra to make her feet stick, because the green orb Toneri used on her (as Naruto was charging at them) actually absorbed all of her chakra. This was made even more obvious when Hinata is trying to climb up the wall with the ripping scarf and says to herself, "Why does my body feel so numb?" Hell, Toneri uses this same chakra orb on Naruto later on the movie while he leaves with
Hinata, which was why Sakura used up most of her energy to heal him!

2.) How was everybody able to breath on the moon? Well, it was explained 3 times in the movie (once by Shikamaru, and twice by Toneri) that the moon was surrounded by an "artificial sun" formed by the Tenseigan, which created and oxygen barrier around the moon, enabling them to breath.

3.) Naruto reasons for liking Sakura in this movie was a total retcon, and completely goes against Naruto's character! No it wasn't, and no it doesn't. This reason has always been there in the manga as early as Chapter 3. Remember that moment when Sakura was sitting on the park bench with Naruto disguised as Sasuke, and she was telling him that she only wanted his (Sasuke's) acknowledgement, then Naruto starts thinking "Now I remember why I like Sakura so much"? Also, if you recall the Chuunin Exams arc, Naruto actually becomes more concerned on passing the exams than trying to impress Sakura. Plus, when Naruto wins his match against Neji, he starts to wonder if Hinata was watching him (this bit wasn't in the anime, but it was definitely in the manga). In fact, he becomes even less concerned with pursuing Sakura when Hinata finally confesses her feelings for him, hence the rejection scene in Chapter 469. So with all that said, I'm not sure why some people still insist that Naruto was "pursuing Sakura throughout the majority of the manga".

4.) Hinata's Byakugan failing to see the spider web. Actually, there is no evidence that she was using her ocular abilities when it happened. We only see her backside when she enters the room of the collision, and the subsequent close-up of her predicament reveals nothing of the vein-stressed-Byakugan-effect on her face. The window shows the room was not dark enough for any dangerous risk on entrance. All this suggests that Hinata waited on using the Byakugan until she was fully inside the room, making her blind to the web. Next time she comes to a room, she uses the Byakugan before entering.

Actually, I always thought of that scene as some kind of self-aware comic relief. Even Naruto mildly teases her about this by saying, "You have Byakugan that lets you see miles away but you walk straight into a spider web. You're so silly. :)"

Another complaint from I keep seeing from antis is: "Hinata is from an elite clan! Why is she being bullied in the flashback at the beginning?"

Because clearly, if your child is from an elite clan, it automatically means that he/she is immune to bullying. 

It's like these antis conveniently forgot that Kushina and Haku were also from elite clans, and were bullied as children as well.
