Ireland?

What was the point in mentioning Ireland if you are going to have an English actor, the actor was good and the short was funny but why not have it be in London I mean the outside could have been anywhere in England. I know people from all over the world live here but still an Irish actor would have been nice. You could still have that short just base it in England.
