So Eve is confirmed?

According to the new trailer the villains are looking for both Selene's and Eve's blood.

Sounds like she’s alive, but doesn’t appear in the film. She might be in hiding with Michael. I assumed they were both dead after the first trailer, but this one doesn’t make it look like that.

Michael shows up in the credits, but not eve so that's interesting.

Or she could just not pop up until the end or something. Keeping her character as a surprise.

I thought of that too. If not maybe by next movie enough years pass that they cool with bringing in a new actress.

if she does appear, it'll be a well kept secret because she seems to be in it by name only :)
Strange that Selene doesn't even know where she is; the connection to see through each other's eyes must have been lost?

I also get the feeling that a whole lot of time has passed since Awakening and Blood Wars, with Selene being out and all.

since they still have motorcycles i doubt it's been aeons, but humans so far don't seem to be part of the equation, and it looks like the vampires have untied into a new coven somewhat. though i don't understand why they just didn't recast eve than who was just coming of age in the last one. maybe they have a plan and maybe they don't.
