I don't care what anyone says I'm excited. I've always loved the Underworld movies. I remember seeing the first movie in theaters. Blood wars looks fun!

I'm not being cautious because I'm too excited. I rather have this then NO Underworld movie. I"M SO EXCITEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD😍

I'm way more excited now after seeing the trailers. Seems to be getting back to more of the lore, which would be nice to see. Some are complaining that Selene looks too powerful now, but I'm not really seeing it.

I'm not. Awakening was such a disappointment. Selene as a character made no sense to me in that movie either. And it seems to continue here. She loses her daughter with no idea where she is? That's not Selene. If it turns out that between 4 and 5 they actually found Michael and Eve is in hiding with him I might let it slide. Otherwise it's just more character assasination.

Awakening showed us humans being aware of the 2 species and going for genocide yet they are a non-entity in this one it seems. How on earth?!?

Selene was already pretty much invincible as a character yet somehow she collapsed so David can carry her around? I hate this so much. It should be Michael carrying her like that and no one else.

So the new bad guy lycan is supposedly so bad ass Selene needs yet another power upgrade? Please, he doesn't look more threatening than an uber lycan and she took care of that one.

And they continue the trend of giving Selene emotional connections only to discard them the next movie. Seriously, what was the point of the 4th movie if they just ditch Eve? Really, what was the damn point?

They also continue the trend of inventing hybrids only to toss them aside. Always telling us how powerful they are and not showing us anything to back that up. Either they have no clue how to write these hybrids into action or they really don't want anything standing between Selene and single handed badass-ness.
