Why does Marius look so different than the lycan as were used to? He looks like the werewolves from "Howl".

shareI suspect that during the ice battle at the end of the second trailer, he is a hybrid. Maybe he got some of Selene's blood.
sharethis franchise doesn't seem to care much for hybrids (or else they'd have done them better lol). he could be a super wolf like quint or William or something else. how else could he challenge selene?
shareMainly it seems he has to be bigger one way or another just because he has to stand out as a leader for the lycans. As for how, these reasons are all possible, hopefully they'll have a good one, or maybe he's one of the original elder lycans.
