Hybridize more in the next one

If the goal is to keep eve safe, than I imagine the only way to really do that would be to have safety in numbers. Either she make more like her, or hybridize the current immortals (if that's possible)

Hybridizing everyone would be mega-dangerous. Even a single traitor could be disastrous.

then she'll need to find some loyal folks even a small group to turn next time

the downside to that is of course if you have a large number of vampires that are that powerful then you need a villain that is equally powerful to fight them
