Semira can evolve into the Corvinus Vampire by drinking Selenes blood, howcome Marius couldn't become and Hybrid by drinking Michael's? It was only temporary for him but seemingly permanent for Semira.

However, a possible explanation is that Marius was drinking from a diluted source, i.e. Michael, who was a distant relative of Corvinus but was otherwise born a normal human many times removed from Corvinus. Selene drank straight from Corvinus himself, which is why she could turn David into a permanent hybrid. Same with Semira.
I would say it's because Selene is a Vampire, and thus gains memories/etc from blood. Whereas Marius is originally a Lycan, so could only temporarily gain such things from blood, because his original transformation has no special ability to use blood.
