Very surprising
This is one of those movies that is shocking in a good way. The acting is really so good, especially the lead actress. She is cute and funny and comfortable. It makes what most would consider an over done plot still enjoyable.
shareAgree; I was getting Cinderella'd out and so it took me a bit of time before deciding to settle down and watch it. I was also leary of the whole fashion design angle. But this movie was cute! and the characters were great. The step-sisters were probably the best interpretation I have ever seen; they were absolutely hysterical.
