Insane plot-gap at would-be climax: SPOILER

Let's face it, the writer/director/composer is a wonderfully-gifted young man, but he fell short at the climax: Deadly!

C'mon: the questions that hooked us were: When would she tell the girl that her boyfriend was dead and how did he die?

The girl figures the first part out herself, via a techno-device for god/dess' sake, not even a human being tilting the scale. And then the mother realizes the girl knows, and they weep BUT

THE GIRL NEVER DEMANDS AN EXPLANATION AS TO HOW HER LOVER DIED!!!!!

TOTALLY UN~FRIGGIN~BELIEVABLE!!!!

There is no need for, it wont change a thing, it wont take him back. Sometimes silence is meaningfful than words, they didn't need any explanation in that last long hug they told each other everything that was needed.
